The spring had been improperly installed by another company who said they were a subcontractor for King Door. which was not true. After replacing the spring the door worked better than ever. Garret recommended replacing the wheels to reduce the noise when the garage door opened or closed. He balanced the door, replaced the spring, and replaced the wheels. Even my neighbors commented on how quiet the garage door sounded.
