Angelina, sales associate, provided excellent product knowledge and advice regarding products that would meet my requirements. Angelina highly recommended the insulated doors, I did get the insulated doors and very pleased. I hsd difficulty prtogramming my garage door opener and when I contacted them for assistance they arranged to have service technician Ronnie come to my home to help. Ronnie explained what was wrong and what he needed to do to correct the problem; nothing defective with the opener. In the future I’ll know how to correct any issues. Everyone at King Door is awesome to work with and their lines of products are quality.

Both cars were in garage when the door decide to go to have a catastrophic failure. King Door responded quickly (less than 45 minutes) with a service technician. Garrett did an outstanding and excellent job in repairing the garage door. In addition to fixing the garage door he recommended replacing the spring. The spring had been improperly installed by another company who said they were a subcontractor for King Door. which was not true. After replacing the spring the door worked better than ever. Garret recommended replacing the wheels to reduce the noise when the garage door opened or closed. He balanced the door, replaced the spring, and replaced the wheels. Even my neighbors commented on how quiet the garage door sounded. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism, expertise, and skills of service technician Garrett to diagnose and repair the garage door. He did not just change out parts. Thank you King Door.
