I do a lot of business with various companies, and usually I end up having to write letters expressing dissatisfaction with the work. Not so in this case! I must tell you how pleased I am with the service from King Door! On Saturday my garage door imploded while I was trying to close it. With wheels and bolts all over the garage, the door was hanging in an open position. Two young men (Jason and TJ) came to the house and closed it for me, and measured for a new insulated garage door. Yesterday, Jonathan and TJ installed it. They were courteous, fast, and meticulous in their approach to the task. The new door is wonderful! I called King door and within an hour Ronnie came out and fixed our garage door! He was very professional and quick. We have had a ” king door” garage door for over 15 yrs. and this is the first time we have ever had a problem with the door. Wonderful company to deal with!

This service person was without a doubt the most polite person I have ever dealt with. It was ‘yes sir’, ‘no sir’ throughout the entire service call. Very unusual in this day and age. He took care of the issue I had with my large door and also checked out the small one to make sure it was in good working order. Reasonable charges too.
