I called King Door Company “With The Pride of a Lion” after our door cables broke and came off the drum. It has been years since I last had to use them. However, their service is just as I remember. I had an appointment I needed to get to and they accommodated me by arriving very quickly and completing the repairs in time for me to make my appointment. The service tech was clean, professional and explained the needed repairs. I was pleasantly surprised when the service tech quoted me a very reasonable price prior to beginning the job. You won’t be disappointed with this company.

Many errors were found when we asked that the door receive an adjustment; and, your company repaired it at no cost! We were amazed! Especially, in this time of a bad economy! We have never allowed anyone, except your company, to do repair work on the door. You created it — over sized and aluminum for light weight. We never had any problems except a spring breaking. You repaired it…added a motor capable to lift it. We thank you in the most profoundest of terms. We called King door to fix our spring. They came same day. Then 3 days later our door came off track. I messaged them on fb since it was after hours. They called me the next morning before opening and sent two guys to fixed the door free of charge. Every person I came into contact with was professional and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.

Garage door seized and stopped, partially open…King Door repair rep. evaluated and quickly saw prob. Repaired broken parts and checked track and motor bracing. All done with friendly, informative disposition by repair rep. Rep. sprayed lubricant on track,spring, and chain completing his work…now opens/closes smoothly and noiselessly. Will certainly recommend King Door to family and friends.

Recently I engaged the services of King Door Co., to construct and install a garage door where I once had a gated carport at my residence. I do a lot of business with various companies, and usually I end up having to write letters expressing dissatisfaction with the work. Not so in this case! In fact, my husband and I are thrilled with not only the quality of the work but our entire experience with King Door from start to finish. Mike was my first contact with King Door, and he was very friendly and professional and actually called me back when he said he would. After David came out to look at my carport, Mike promptly followed up with an estimate and, thereafter, followed up with me again to see if I made a decision regarding the estimate. I am a very busy professional, and I really appreciated how easy Mike made everything. The other garage door company I received a bid from never even called me back to follow-up. On the day of the installation, David and Shane came to complete the construction and install the garage door. They did a fantastic job and were professional and easy to work with, as was everyone at King Door. You should be proud of the people you have working for you. There are not enough businesses that understand that friendly professionalism goes a long way. I will not hesitate to refer business to King Door. Thank you for doing such a great Job!
