Angelina, sales associate, provided excellent product knowledge and advice regarding products that would meet my requirements. Angelina highly recommended the insulated doors, I did get the insulated doors and very pleased. I hsd difficulty prtogramming my garage door opener and when I contacted them for assistance they arranged to have service technician Ronnie come to my home to help. Ronnie explained what was wrong and what he needed to do to correct the problem; nothing defective with the opener. In the future I’ll know how to correct any issues. Everyone at King Door is awesome to work with and their lines of products are quality.

I wanted to submit a review for King Door because of my good experience with this company. I called to get a quote because my single spring had broke on my garage door. Their quote came in on the higher end of the quotes I received. The lower quote company was not as available as King Door, so I called King Door back to see if they could price match. After speaking with a manager, we were able to come to a compromised price (not quite the price match), and they were available right away. The installer was friendly, worked quickly, and even installed a double spring in case one side were to break then we could still lift the door. Thank you King Door for acting quickly and giving a competitive price for this frugal family of 7!

Recently I engaged the services of King Door Co., to construct and install a garage door where I once had a gated carport at my residence. I do a lot of business with various companies, and usually I end up having to write letters expressing dissatisfaction with the work. Not so in this case! In fact, my husband and I are thrilled with not only the quality of the work but our entire experience with King Door from start to finish. Mike was my first contact with King Door, and he was very friendly and professional and actually called me back when he said he would. After David came out to look at my carport, Mike promptly followed up with an estimate and, thereafter, followed up with me again to see if I made a decision regarding the estimate. I am a very busy professional, and I really appreciated how easy Mike made everything. The other garage door company I received a bid from never even called me back to follow-up. On the day of the installation, David and Shane came to complete the construction and install the garage door. They did a fantastic job and were professional and easy to work with, as was everyone at King Door. You should be proud of the people you have working for you. There are not enough businesses that understand that friendly professionalism goes a long way. I will not hesitate to refer business to King Door. Thank you for doing such a great Job!
