Both cars were in garage when the door decide to go to have a catastrophic failure. King Door responded quickly (less than 45 minutes) with a service technician. Garrett did an outstanding and excellent job in repairing the garage door. In addition to fixing the garage door he recommended replacing the spring. The spring had been improperly installed by another company who said they were a subcontractor for King Door. which was not true. After replacing the spring the door worked better than ever. Garret recommended replacing the wheels to reduce the noise when the garage door opened or closed. He balanced the door, replaced the spring, and replaced the wheels.
